Uvita, Costa Rica

Uvita, a tiny village with a five-kilometer white sand beach and the excellent conditions for swimming, can become your favorite place in Costa Rica. It belongs to the National Park Marino Ballena ("Whale Marine Park"), named for humpback whales, which every winter and spring there are also looking for a partner in this region. Take a ride on a boat to the island of Cano, a nature reserve with incredible marine fauna.
