Museum Farm In Finland Opens Its Doors In May

Already in the beginning of may on a traditional farm Kaivola expect the beginning of the tourist season. This place is located in a small settlement called Shortcut. From large Finnish city of Lahti is separated only 12 km. On this farm anyone can learn more about the life and traditions of the peasants living in Finland at the beginning of the 20th century.
On the farm are buildings, dated to the year 1904. In them you can see the old utensils, and even some tools. Here is the Villa Panti. It is the largest in Finland, where you can see images of elephants. At the moment such exhibits more than seven thousand pieces. Also in these buildings are stored tissue and utensils, toys, and ornaments, as well as a number of other valuable things. Close to these kind of museums you can eat in the cafe. Here you can try elephants, however, in the form of cakes.
Anyone can visit this place on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday until the end of September. The entrance ticket for adults will cost four euros, and for children in two times cheaper. Note that this price includes the tour. Do not forget to buy Souvenirs at a local shop.
