Englishmen Do Not Trust Mobile Applications

The agency sunshine.co.uk carried out the next research, finding out habits of Englishmen and asking them a question - as they prefer to buy tours.
According to the research data, the most habitual way - online (67 %), in agencies on the central streets (41 %), by phone (29 %). 13 % of respondents had experience of booking of round by means of the application for the smartphone or a tablet. More than a half of respondents (53 %) noted that they do not trust mobile applications by means of which it is possible to reserve room in hotel or the ticket.
On the question "why" - 32 % think of safety of the data, 25 % worry about an urgency of the data presented in the application, and 16 % do not trust applications as know nothing about the companies which developed them. Every 20th respondent declared that he(she) had a bad experience of booking of hotel or other tourist products, and specifying, 22 % complained of a lack of the description of hotels of the appendix, and 16 % the late understood that they received not so good offer as thought earlier, writes Travel Daily News.
